when taking these pictures, this was the second time that i saw this building. the first time i saw it with bear, i sort of fell in love with the building. cos it has some sort of character in it.

the fact that it survived all these while, the owner did not feel that they should do repair works to the building's exterior or interior for that matter. in fact it adds to the contrast of the surrounding area which have renovation works going on here and there.
